Code Enforcement Training

Eugene Alper has worked in code enforcement for almost three decades.  He is certified as a Code Enforcement Officer by the California Association of Code Enforcement Officers and as a Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Property Maintenance/Housing, and Zoning inspector by the International Code Council.  

Eugene's education includes a Master’s in Public Administration and a PhD in Political Science.  He has taught classes at conferences organized by the American Association of Code Enforcement, the California Association of Code Enforcement Officers, and EduCode.  He is an ICC Preferred Education Provider.
